Two out-of-state motorcyclists were charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in separate incidents Monday. Jonathan Sklar, 26, of Butler, Pa., was charged with felony driving under the influence with great bodily injury after a crash Monday in Garden City Beach, according to an arrest warrant.
